Goodnight all! This week we will celebrate Dr. Suess's birthday and many of his great books! One day we are doing a really fun One Fish Two Fish addition game! Students will count and add their red fish and blue fish. I would love to make this game exciting by adding rainbow gold fish! If I could have two families volunteer to donate a class set in time for Friday that would be really helpful to our class. Thank you!

Some of our students have great snowy day habits! If your child would like to be featured for Snow Day habits, send your pictures via Email or Remind to Miss Palmer by Sunday Night.
Love Monster By: Rachel Bright Today we read Love Monster by Rachel Bright. All of our monsters were so cute and personal to that student I had to take pictures. Also I have attached the link to this book. Note to parents: I skipped the word "daRn" while reading the actual book. In the link it is on the 2nd page. which are seconds (:24-:34) (said at :33s) on the video. I know this word is a non issue for most, but I don't personally use it and wanted to give a heads up! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xahfyRXUmw Dear parents,
Olivia says we learned about the letter K. Aubree says we also learned the letter C. Abby, Declan and Stella say some words that start with the /Kk/ sound are: CAN, Cardinal, Carnival. "Candy also starts with the /Cc/ sound." Na'Layah said. Khatia reminds everyone of great behavior by telling us that Santana got on pink. Jocelyn says we can get on pink when we do something nice. Carson adds that no one got on yellow. Aubree also reminded the class about the positive referrals that Mrs. Harrington the vice principal comes and reads to us. Sofia said: We were learning about giraffes today too! Guelz says we had fun writing this letter while we packed up for the end of the day. LOVE, The kids! |
